| EgisTec Releases SecureShare as Freeware |

Taipei, Taiwan, Mar 29 , 2010 - Egis Technology Inc. (EgisTec) is pleased to announce the latest release of SecureShare, a simple freeware to allow users to auto-lock their files after sharing and prevent it from being tampered or distributed. SecureShare increases data security protection for users who often have to share confidential files via email or network but need to preserve its authenticity and control its distribution.
"SecureShare is created to solve the problem of data leakage and manipulation at the same time." said EgisTec. "To complement our existing encryption tools, we decided to develop a freeware with features to further protect files from being tampered or transferred via the network as we believed that this particular set of features are important for our customers."
Key features of SecureShare include:

Timer setting: Sender can set timer for files to be viewed. |

Auto-lock protection: The encryped vault containing the shared files will be auto-locked upon the expiry of the coundown period. |

Security settings: Sender can set their own password and the expiry period. |
|
Tamper protection: Files cannot be copied, edited, saved, printed, forwarded or burned into discs. |
|
Tracker: Attempted prohibited behaviours will be stopped and an email notification will be sent to the sender. |
