System Settings

System Settings is the central management tool that allows you to control the behavior of all Bio-Protection Fingerprint Solution's functions. This section will describe how to manage your enrolled fingerprints, Event FingerLaunch items, edit your Password Bank entries, fine-tune your FingerNav adjustments, and set fingerprints for Pre-Boot Authentication (PBA).

 

Operating Procedures:

You can open the System Settings window from three locations:

1.Click on the system tray icon and choose System Settings.
2.Click Start/All Programs/Bio-Protection Fingerprint Solution/System Settings.
3.Open Reminder and click the System Settings button.

 

Note:

Except for option 3, you will need to perform fingerprint authentication before you can open System Settings. When System Settings is open, all items in the system tray icon menu will be disabled apart from About.
