3nm Heterogeneous Computing, 6nm AI Chiplet, and Next-Generation AI Vision Platform Unveiled—Leading a New Era of AI Computing Power
Taipei, Taiwan — October 28, 2025 — Egis Technology Inc. (6462.TWO) today hosted its “2025 Egis Tech Day” at the Taipei Marriott Hotel under the theme “AI in Full Motion.” The event brought together Egis subsidiaries — Algoltek (6684.TWO), iCatch Technology (6695.TW), Alcor Micro Corp. (8054.TWO), and Inpsytech — along with ecosystem partners to showcase cutting-edge innovations including an AI vision platform, AI Chiplet for robotics and drones, and a 3nm heterogeneous computing architecture. The event highlighted the Group’s integrated capabilities in semiconductor and AI innovation thriving technology ecosystem.
The event opened with “The Eye of AI: Building NVIDIA’s Next-Generation AI Vision Platform,” co-presented by Algoltek (6684.TWO) and Appro Photoelectron (6560.TWO). The presentation demonstrated how deep learning and high-speed sensing technologies can be combined to create vision systems capable of autonomous decision-making and environmental understanding. Featuring a high-efficiency AI inference core and dynamic scene optimization algorithms, the platform significantly reduces latency and enhances recognition accuracy — making it a key foundation for autonomous driving, smart surveillance, and industrial automation.
Next, iCatch Technology (6695.TW) introduced its 6nm AI Chiplet Platform designed for robots and drones. The platform adopts a high-efficiency modular AI architecture that enables lightweight yet powerful edge computing performance. Built on a 6nm process and leveraging Chiplet-based modular design, it integrates CPU, NPU, and ISP components via UCIe (Universal Chiplet Interconnect Express) technology to enable high-speed data transfer and scalable AI performance.
Additionally, Alcor Micro (8054.TWO) and Inpsytech jointly unveiled a 3nm CPU/AI HPC heterogeneous computing Chiplet architecture tailored for AI data centers. The platform, built on a 3nm process and conforming to Arm CSA standards, demonstrates the flexibility and performance required for the next wave of AI-driven cloud computing, addressing the rapidly expanding demand across diverse AI applications.
Founder of Acer Group, Mr. Stan Shih, also attended the event and delivered a keynote speech titled “Taiwan in the Era of Paradigm Shift.” He emphasized that “AI is not merely a competition of algorithms and computing power—it is a challenge of system
thinking and ecosystem integration. Taiwan’s complete supply chain, from wafer fabrication and IC design to system integration, positions us uniquely to drive innovation through open collaboration in the AI era.”
Chairman of Egis Technology, Mr. Steve Lo, concluded that this year’s Tech Day exemplifies the Group’s integrated strategy “From Chips to Intelligence, From Edge to Cloud.” He added that Egis will continue to strengthen R&D collaborations in AI chip design, sensing technologies, and heterogeneous computing platforms, supporting applications in AI data centers and fostering a comprehensive ecosystem for the AI era.
